Returns
Once a product is sold, we will not be taking it back unless there is a problem with the product itself. (Refer to the statement below)
A return might only be available after the Happy Keyboards team has fully assessed the problem and is not able to get you a replacement. A refund will take place MINUS shipping fee.
Replacements
A replacement will take occur when the product is defective and is within the 1 Years Warranty Provided for KEYBOARDS & MICE. For every other product, you have 10 days to let us know if there are any defects, we will then assess the product and its problems to come up with a conclusion, and further action will take place.
If you do not contact us within those 10 Days or 1 Years, we will not issue a refund, nor replacements of the products.
Refunds
Refunds may take place if the item is defective or when we are not able to issue a replacement.
